Yesterday Governor Ron DeSantis and Attorney General James Uthmeier requested an additional 60 days to file an Answer Brief. This is the Response Objecting to the Extension.
In all cases, regardless of the specifics, justice should be swift. Even more so when bodily injury or death are likely to occur, both of which are present if this case is unnecessarily delayed. The axiom of “justice delayed is Justice withheld”, is glove fitted to the elements under consideration in this case. Dr. Sansone is correctly applying that truth in his response to the request for an extension.
Just a thought (I might be wrong), is it possible that they are waiting for complete withdrawal from who and once it is complete, then they wish to ban the product in question?
