I just read your prior post on a nano ban and I believe that I can assist you. I'm from the environmental health and safety field, but not the specialist you'd expect. Regardless, my life still revolved around the biotechnology realm. I was censored from 2015-Q2 2025, phones hacked, cars staked my residence for over a year, accounts messed with, and much more all because I spoke out of the pandemic, the decades of known adverse effects from nano and CRISPR (both were in the mRNA vaccines), and other important events that came and went. Either way, a few decades worth of my "collection" is available if it'll assist your case and get the ban on it's usage. However, what I'll show you would unveil how insanely massive this is intertwined. In the UK, the govt. ordered police and prosecutors to dismiss all claims, to include criminal reports, of covid injection injury. This was ordered from the top and executed uniformly among police and prosecutors. This operation gutted the UK rule of law.
Something just like this must be happening in the US. All through covid and onto today, there is little justice to be had for covid shot deaths and maiming. Your case should be heard and evidence given. There is nothing "vexatious" about trying to stop mass murder! The fact that it is nearly impossible to get to court with your and other cases tells me an order came down, above state level, (lockstep) to remove redress for the deliberate harms of these shots. They are still on the market for crying out loud!
Just today cheese was removed from the market for being contaminated with metal which might cause medical harm. There is another product contaminated with metal and lots of other things. Can't get those removed just like the cheese was? Maybe these should be renamed as cheese shots so they can be removed?
I actually do not think there have been enough cases testing the courts from different legal angles. There is a lot of learned helplessness going around...
That could be but in my experience, I do know people who have tried w/o success. I always think it is important to try many different ways of going about things and yours is a good one!
Also, the people who discovered Operation Talla had been working for justice since 2021. They only recently got the ironclad documents they needed to put things together. It has given them the info they need to approach things from a perspective similar to what James Roguski outlined.
