Any word on the Netherlands Bioweapon case? This has to be fought on many fronts. Perhaps another state here in the US will yake up the banner!

Wondering how Mrs. DeSantis is faring these days?

Ironic as it may sound, happy "Independence Day" to you. The "court" decisions are absolutely irrelevant now! Thanks to your despised struggle and attempt to protect the innocent amidst the ongoing democide, in your attempt to resist a system that has adopted a genocidal regime to maintain "power," you have contributed to the realization of the right to life on behalf of the survivors—in their own way! In any case, you are amazing, thank you for everything!

This year not celebrating due to the internal destruction of our country. Remembering though some whose gallant efforts made a difference for a while. Grateful for those who sacrificed even a small bit. If today’s society was present in the days of our country’s separation from the crown we would still be subjects of the crown.

Dr Warren not well known, but sacrificed a lot and met a violent death during the Battle at Bunker Hill in Charlestown, MA.

The following information is according to what I’ve researched:

The mRNA injections are not mandatory in Florida. Florida law prohibits government entities, private businesses, and educational institutions from mandating mRNA vaccines. They are actually legally barred from requiring citizens in FL to receive the injections.

Additionally, the Governor of Florida does not have the legal authority to block or stop the overall distribution of mRNA vaccines in the state.

The distribution and approval are regulated at the federal level by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The governor has signed laws like the Florida Medical Freedom Act, which legally bans schools, businesses, and government offices from requiring the vaccine.

Dr. Sansone, I’m all for your lawsuit, but afraid I’m a bit confused. If the information I came across is mis-information, could you clarify, please?

You are falling for BS. If you read my pleadings you would not fall for it. Florida has removed federal drugs multiple times in the past for safety concerns.

Of course the Governor has the power to stop the distribution of biological and technological weapons of mass destruction.

This case has nothing to do with mandates. I am trying to stop continued mass murder. 23 million Floridians are targeted directly through injection and indirectly through shedding. There is no informed consent with a bioweapon anymore than there is with rape.

I have tons of evidence in my pleadings including an affidavit from Dr. Francis Boyle the law professor that wrote the Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act of 1989 stating mRNA is a bioweapon in violation of the law he wrote. That shows legislative intent.

DeSantis has been fighting to keep mRNA on the market.

To date the court has refused to look at evidence.
