Why didn’t Dr. Yeadon and Mrs. Fitts get to come in?

Bull Shit … 20 min in and whining about name calling, hollow statements absent facts. This is a dog pony show with no ability to cross examine ‘witness statements. This is NOTHING SAUCE.

The plaintiffs wanted witnesses to take the stand. Witnesses provided written and video testimony. If plaintiffs win at this stage the court would give a decision giving instructions on how the case will move forward. That decision can come in December to February according to the judge. A loss would be some kind of dismissal. The process is a bit different there. For example, if dismissed, it is much easier to appeal than here.

I think this case has gone further than anticipated because the court security in the building attempt to intimidate and harass the attorney, witnesses, and plaintiffs was real.

It's a civil suit, wherein the facts of the case are called "evidence";-)
