The DOD in conjunction with HHS (health and human services) is conducting a biowarfare countermeasure campaign against us using "vaccines"..
The DOD (dept of defense) contracts have been structured in such a way as to preclude any safety or other normal protections we would expect to apply. SEE OTA (other transaction authority). OTA allows them to circumvent any and all logical channels such as CDC, FDA testing, etc
As incredible as it seems, this is our reality.

Thanks, but I am familiar with everybody's work. I don't do learned helplessness or buy into there is nothing you can do narratives. People are sitting on the sidelines when the courts should be overwhelmed with cases. A case needs to get in front of the Supreme Court so this nonsense can be ruled unconstitutional. None of this applied to my case at all. My briefings are all public record and can be found on my substack.
Like you, I am facing a complete denial of effective legal remedy. In my case, every domestic body refused to examine the full pattern: the university, the Ministry of Higher Education, the Quebec Human Rights Commission, the Canadian Human Rights Commission, the Ombudsman, Legal Aid, and the Bar. None of them were able or willing to review the cumulative facts.
Despite this, I continued working. Over the past two years, I have written more than thirty international academic essays, and I now regularly publish as an invited author on Mises Wire. The institutional pressure did not stop my academic activity, but it clearly exposed the severity of the protection gap here in Quebec.
I am now entering a third phase: submitting my case to several UN Special Rapporteurs in Geneva. This is not a strategic choice — it is simply the only remaining path, since the Canadian system provides no effective remedy for violations of academic freedom, freedom of expression, disability rights, or protection against retaliation.
