I’m hearing new articles talking about nonsense again … That Covid came from a lab (Atty Tom Renz) etc. We are way past this. Yet Something is more than Fishy here. I voted Trump 3x but I’m concerned ..
Trump won’t ban them. He supported them and still does, verbally. He is responsible for millions of deaths and injuries and for him to ban the things would be to do it he was wrong and set himself up for attacks by the entire world. It’s why he won’t let Kennedy address them directly, either. A lot has to happen before he can get behind an end to the shots. Including his own investments into the technology.

They plan to test the patient and then create a vaccine in 48 hours and then give it to the patient. Impossible to test such a thing for safety or efficacy. Musk has stated that with mRNA we can reprogram the body even so far as being able to turn a person into a butterfly. The whole Trump team loves mRNA. Loves loves loves. And the Minnesota bill has no chance of being signed by Tim Walz. Zero.

I happen to reside in the former State of Minnesota. This proposed legislation is excellent, and rather supersedes civil liability clauses of the PREP act. Contrary to popular belief, the PREP act does not remove *criminal* liability nor prosecution of same. That said: The PREP act needs to be rescinded, period. The creation of bio-weapon technology needs to be BANNED across the board. This proposal should be considered the first step toward that goal. Thank you once again Joseph Sansone.

That is not true. I think people misunderstand what they are saying. PREP act deals with civil not criminal and if it is established that the shots are bioweapons that would certainly qualify as willful misconduct under the PREP Act and therefore wipe out liability shield. The mRNA shots are already illegal. This proposed legislation simply recognizes it and removes prosecutorial discretion and creates civil and criminal liability for government officials that do not act. State and federal law already prohibit these mRNA injections. We just need a jurisdiction to recognize it.
Also, I think the U.S. Supreme Court will rule PREP Act unconstitutional when it finally hears a case on it.
