Contrary to popular belief, the PREP act does not remove *criminal* liability nor prosecution of same. That said: The PREP act needs to be rescinded, period. That is not true. I think people misunderstand what they are saying. PREP act deals with civil not criminal and if it is established that the shots are bioweapons that would certainly qualify as willful misconduct under the PREP Act and therefore wipe out liability shield. The mRNA shots are already illegal. This proposed legislation simply recognizes it and removes prosecutorial discretion and creates civil and criminal liability for government officials that do not act. State and federal law already prohibit these mRNA injections. We just need a jurisdiction to recognize it.
Also, I think the U.S. Supreme Court will rule PREP Act unconstitutional when it finally hears a case on it.
