Why waste taxpayers' dollars, and your own, on this silly lawsuit? DeSantis removed mandatory vaccinations, the only political answer. Many people will continue to get the vax, but that's on them, since the data is out there.
Why waste everyone's time? Because this is his grift (and obsession). He raises money milking gullibles tubes, waving around his legally incoherent "bill" proposal.
Tilting at windmills when you can't get Ladapo's and DeSanctimonious's ear on this. And the dismissals with prejudice ...
Thank you Dr. Joseph Sansone, for your tenacity in speaking up for all Floridians, regarding their safety from harmful pharmaceuticals. Your latest Appeal reads like a detailed guide of what is required in a judicial system established to guarantee justice for all citizens. Someone had to speak up when our judicial system fails to honor a reasonable, and fact based request for justice, and you have accepted that challenge for all of us. Legalize can be painful for many to read and understand, but your recent Appeal clearly defines what must be included if due process is to prevail within our courts.
THANK YOU for doing all this work *for all of us*, Dr. Joe. THESE JUDGES are often so corrupt.
And they often give UNDUE DEFERENCE to lawyers and diminish pro-se litigants like yourself.
As far as your plan to "subpoena Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo, M.D., PhD to testify under oath".... had this happened, the opposition would have most likely filed a motion to "Quash" your subpoena and the judge would probably have granted it.
Let's see what the higher court will do, and since there will be more judges when an appeal is heard, you may have a better chance. I think it will all come down to the judges, and how compromised they are. Regardless of the outcome, you are paving the way for self-represented people who see through the bioweapon fiasco to bring their cases to court and that non-lawyers are willing to CHALLENGE the courts on this.
I understand. But the 1DCA did the right thing, I won my first appeal. I think this case is stronger, so I hope to win again. I was prepared to deal with a motion to quash. I am not seeking privileged information. I want the Surgeon General to speak to public health policy and clarity his 'public' statement. Not seeking privileged info. No grounds to quash. If the Court granted the motion to quash, I would do an interlocutory appeal.
I reference the prior appeal in my brief a couple times. I am on stronger procedural grounds, and this appeal is on a similar issue. I think the prior appeal helps here tremendously because the 1DCA already implicitly said my case has merit and should at least be heard.
🙏

Did the court dismiss based upon your status and standing?

I am so sorry for your loss; may justice be served.
