I thank God for Scott Schera for his love, sanity and work to expose the wilful evil by complicit materialists acting as health care workers in the degenerated medical system. I have learned so much from him and his family in this.
The story of Grace's murder is on of many .Most stories are never told . My brother Frank was murdered in a similar way ,when he entered a hospital with a flu ,in nov. 2021 .We lived 850 km. apart and did not know he went in there . His wife and two kids did not tell me he died ,until his son came by my place and told me that my brother died 3 month ago . He told me what he saw ,and what they did to him ,that left no doubt ,they murdered him . His son has no idea what happened ,because he is health and medically illiterate . Of course there is much more to this story ,but in comments one can only write a limited account of what went on . It is on my mind off and on most through the day,a pain that never ends .
Thank you Schara family for fighting the good fight for Grace's murder and for informing the rest of the world of the truth! I'm so sorry for your many losses of time, energy and being available to even go to court are all adding up. Thank you for carrying this out so others will not go silently in ignorance into any hospital and be able to live through a hospital admission.
I feel the hospitals are more brass now that your court was denied accountability! So people need to be aware and get the medical advocate forms legised before going to any ER!! I believe each state has different laws about advocacy so check each state!

I cannot help feeling that the lawyers fighting this case failed to make a distinction between between DNR...done for cardiopulmonary arrest, which is sudden; AND Do Not Intubate (and mechanically ventilate).....which is a slow decision usually made to improve oxygenation in someone with pneumonia or other block of O2 transfer. It certainly appears that the medial staff did not communicate with her parents as they should have and relied on the ignorance of a a judge and jury of non medically naive people to make a decision. The other issue is that lawyers can eliminate any potential juror who does nave medical knowledge....and they always do. The excuse is that this person (who knows) may influence the other jurors when the real reason is that that person may explain things to them that they don't know.
Thank you Dr. Sansone for the like. I just cannot wrap my head around the jury thinking that do not intubate and DNR are the same just because intubation is an integral part of a successful DNR procedure - not all DNRs...only those that succeed. This shows complete ignorance of these two issues and IMHO, as an MD who has led DNRs and done elective and emergency intubations it is inexcusable that the plaintiff's representative did not address these issues before the case went to the jury.
The other major problem is the failure to appreciate what a deviation from past practices of oxygenating this entire idea of placing patients on vents to "let the lungs rest." For O2 exchange problems the traditional approach is to graduate in O2 delivery from nasal prongs to mask to Venti Mask and then non rebreather to intubation. This takes time but since this Covid Circus this time honored process seems to have been forgotten and ignored by the press! Of course they ignore it because they don't know. They also don't know the risks of mechanical ventilation and just how easy it is to kill someone on a vent AND hide it.
This is such a sad situation. All I can say is may God give that family his peace and wisdom for next steps. US is a lot more like Nazi Germany than we like to admit. The lack of value and respect for human life is just horrible. So sad to hear that 11 jurors drank the Kool-aid.
Grace will receive her resurrected body one day, when that day comes there will be no more sickness, no more dying, no more tears because the old things will have passed.
Of course all institutions are at least somewhat corrupt, but these days it appears that more and more of them are grossly corrupt, in the sense they reflect hell rather than the other place. It's derivable from the shift away from a Christian theory of reality toward its main rival, the Enlightenment Philosophy theory of reality. Enlightenment Philosophy got off on the wrong foot by denying God. It isn't natural, and trouble will come of it.
Scott's a classy man. That verdict kind of stung me a bit. I followed this case from a far. But to have 11 of 12 jurors cover their eyes, ears and hardly even deliberate is mind boggling. His message though is crystal clear and it resonates with me.

I had assumed the judge ruled against him I didn't really it was a jury. That was quite shocking.
