Notice of Supplemental Authority 3-3-2025.
This is a supplemental authority that I filed on 3/3/2025. For some reason it does not appear to have been posted on my website/substack. Probably because I mentioned it elsewhere and I posted a lot of filings at that time period over a few days. This is a very important filing for my case, so I am posting it here with the download too. It shows what I think is a clear procedural error by the Trial Courts.
This is a decision by the First District Court of Appeal, which I am currently in, from February.

Right out of Kafka, this case of yours Doc. If Rabbi Ron, posing as a governor, had just done his duty none of this would be needed.
So, it appears that the court doesn't need to follow their own procedures, only pro se litigants do.
