Mandamus Update - Court Denies Motion to Reconsider Oral Arguments

I have a screenshot below of the Court Order today denying my motion for reconsideration. Court’s normally do not reverse a decision, so this is not entirely unexpected. At this point we will just have to wait for the Appellate Court’s decision on the Appeal.
