I recently had a nasty flu, previously having had covid twice. While my body feels great, my head is far from it. Brain fog. I've been taking plenty of supplements and working on detoxing big time. However the other day I blew my nose, and what came out could only be described as a rubbery content, enormous in size, maybe half the size of a golf ball. It took a couple of minutes running hot water in the sink to wash this rubbery junk down the plug hole. The good news is that whatever was inside is now coming out. Thanks for your great insights!
