I can see it now.
1. The people at the Pentagon are now freaking out and frantically calling the DoS.
2. Blinken will very soon (if he hasn't done so already) call the Dutch ambassador in on the carpet.
3. The Dutch ambassador having wet his pants will call his boss at home who will lean on his minister of "justice".
4. The minister of justice will in turn lean on the judge who will either throw the case out on a tecchnicality, or cave in som other doubious way.
I will believe all this is happening when I see Gates and Bourla get something more than a slap on the wrist.
I'm glad that the implication of genocide was included. I wonder why Schwab was not included as a defendant.
